What’s for Lunch? #6

I made a vegetable sandwich. So I have been wanting a veggie sandwich with onion on it for awhile, I’ve been to a few restaurants and had some good sandwiches but they weren’t quite what I was looking for. So finally I said to myself, it’s really not that difficult to just get the ingredients for the sandwiches I’ve had and add some onion. (I can make things so difficult some time) Also I found this great list of ideas at theveggietable.com. So here is what I put on my sandwich: (which was absolutely delicious) sprouted bread, veganise, spicy brown mustard, baby spinach, sprout salad, organic tomato (non organic just doesn’t taste good), onion, and red bell pepper. I had some sweet potato chips with it made by Food Should Taste Good, they were good but due to the inclusion of evaporated cane juice I won’t be buying them anymore. Anyone know of a good chip/cracker that doesn’t include sugar?


I love to learn, and I consider myself to be a very fluid person so I enjoy taking what I learn and allowing it to make a difference in my life. My latest transformation has been eating healthier and working out. I never thought that I would be reaching for fruit when I crave something sweet and that I would actually look forward to going to the gym.
