I tried to make spaghetti squash again, this time I got the right squash.
It looked like spaghetti this time but it was crunchy and not good. I had a little bit that was soft so I’m wondering if I didn’t cook it enough. I also added some nutritional yeast to get in some B12. I’m going to reheat what’s left and see if I can get it soft and to taste right, otherwise I’m going to give up on spaghetti squash for now and just use pasta noodles. Any one have any suggestions?
