What’s for Dinner? Isreali Cous Cous

Recipe is modified from an episode of Turn Up the Heat with G. Garvin.

To make the recipe vegan, I used vegetable broth, replaced the Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast and didn’t use butter.

I love to learn, and I consider myself to be a very fluid person so I enjoy taking what I learn and allowing it to make a difference in my life. My latest transformation has been eating healthier and working out.
