The recipe, which I can not locate, is vegetarian so I made it vegan by not using goat cheese. Other than the tomato and yellow bell pepper I’m not sure what’s in it, sorry I can’t find the recipe but hopefully it still gives you an idea of something you can eat. What I’m eating is changing so I’m trying to post my old pictures and get you all up to date on my diet changes.
