This is the couscous recipe that I got from the tv show Turn Up the Heat. The recipe isn’t published so I am unable to link to it. I’ve made this before except this time I left out the tomatoes and added chickpeas, reason being I had no tomatoes and thought that it would be good with chickpeas and it was very good. I served it with some steamed squash drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. How do you enjoy couscous?
