Here is another recipe from Vegan Junk Food and again I’ve made kale chips before but these are the best I’ve made. Usually I use extra virgin olive oil and just sea salt to season but I decided to get more adventurous with new seasonings and I used coconut oil this time. She calls for two tablespoons of oil but mine turned out just fine with one tablespoon and since I like to go easy on the salt I used half a teaspoon of sea salt instead of one. These only took 13 minutes to bake. I don’t usually like spicy food but the cayenne added just enough heat to compliment the cheesy taste.
