What’s for Lunch? Tomato and cashew cheese raw bagel

I took my daughter to the park and stopped by People’s Co-op to pick up some lunch. Since I am interested in raw foods but don’t have the equipment or the organization to prepare the foods I am glad they have some raw food options.  The bagel is made by Euphoria loves Rawvolution which is a cafe in Santa Monica. It didn’t taste as I expected, I really wanted that bagel taste but I did enjoy the cheese.

I also picked up some raw falafels by Back to Life Raw Vegan Cuisine. (The website is just a picture so maybe they are upgrading it.) I enjoyed these and so did my daughter.

And I picked up some non raw food, cashew quinoa from the deli. It’s not too bad, I prefer to eat a cashew with each bite. My daughter liked it.

Me and the little one had a nice lunch in the park.

I love to learn, and I consider myself to be a very fluid person so I enjoy taking what I learn and allowing it to make a difference in my life. My latest transformation has been eating healthier and working out. I never thought that I would be reaching for fruit when I crave something sweet and that I would actually look forward to going to the gym.
