What’s for Snack? Superfood trail mix

I got this idea from a facebook post Chef Ahki did on a trail mix by Kopali Organics that she was able to pickup at the airport while she was traveling, which can be purchased here. I picked up the ingredients to make it but left out the cacao because I didn’t like it and I don’t eat chocolate anyway. So it’s pistachios, mulberries, and goji berries. I love to learn, and I consider myself to be a very fluid person so I enjoy taking what I learn and allowing it to make a difference in my life. My latest transformation has been eating healthier and working out. I never thought that I would be reaching for fruit when I crave something sweet and that I would actually look forward to going to the gym.
