What’s for snack? Road trip foods

We decided to do a little road trip to Leavenworth, Washington and here are the snacks I picked up at the co-op to eat along the way.

A gluten free chip that is also corn free. I’ve also had the pico de gallo flavor which I like better than the sea salt but it’s not as good as Lundberg’s bean & rice chips.

Betty Lou’s gluten free fruit bars are a good sugar free sweet treat.

The Good Bean roasted chickpeas cinnamon flavor. I didn’t really like them the seasoning has a dry taste.

I got Harvest Roast pumpkin seeds for my daughter and she liked them.

Even though I can’t eat it yet because I can’t eat nuts I picked up a Macrobar in the cashew butter flavor because it was half the price that it is in San Diego. I’ve been wanting to try them but the price is too steep for me.

I will have to let you know how it was later.

What do you grab to eat when you are on the run and can’t prepare food yourself to bring with you?

About

I love to learn, and I consider myself to be a very fluid person so I enjoy taking what I learn and allowing it to make a difference in my life. My latest transformation has been eating healthier and working out. I never thought that I would be reaching for fruit when I crave something sweet and that I would actually look forward to going to the gym.

  1. We LOVE Beanfields! You have to try the Sea Salt & Pepper flavor. So yummy!
