What’s for Lunch? Raw food from Evolution

I picked up some raw food from Evolution Fast Food. I bought raw tacos and the scramble. Sorry I ate some before I realized I needed to take pictures.

Raw tacos come in a set.

Here is a closer look at the ingredients. At the restaurant they list the ingredients but I didn’t write it down so here is my guess. I’m not sure what green the shell is made from, I want to say cabbage, it has kale inside, carrots, guacamole, red bell pepper, dulse flakes (guessing), onion, a nut mixture for the “meat”, and I think the “sour cream” is tahini sauce.

Here is the almost gone scramble.

The food tasted great but unfortunately I got sick. I had this meal a while back when I had been gluten free for about a week and later that day my stomach was hard and bloated so I believe I was glutenized. Earlier that day I picked up some Evolution food from People’s Co-op and I realized later that night (once I got sick) that their food is made in a facility that processes wheat. So I was actually glutenized twice that day due to cross contamination. What a bummer, but if you can tolerate gluten I suggest you check it out.

I love to learn, and I consider myself to be a very fluid person so I enjoy taking what I learn and allowing it to make a difference in my life. My latest transformation has been eating healthier and working out. I never thought that I would be reaching for fruit when I crave something sweet and that I would actually look forward to going to the gym.
