What I “ate” today:
I made another batch of Strawberry Avocado Smoothie and drank two cups, I added about one eighth acai to it and a banana. Also had about one and two third cups of ginger tea.
Around lunch time I finished the last two cups of Banana Orange Collard Smoothie, I had to chug it down because I still didn’t like it.
Late afternoon I had a cup of Rawkins Creamy Portabella Mushroom Soup (minus the miso), which I added an onion to and the last two cups of the Tomato Bell Pepper Soup which I added a fourth of avocado to make it creamy. The avocado really helped make the tomato soup good.
My late night snack was the last third cup of the Strawberry Avocado Smoothie.

Other things I ingested:
Fourth cup of aloe vera.
Seventy-two ounces of water.
Felt sluggish and cranky this morning from not “eating” enough yesterday but I had a lot to accomplish so I couldn’t sit down and I was still able to do what I needed. Also felt a bit lighter today. Spent some time on instagram looking at food pictures, not a good idea, trying to figure out how to turn some of the meals into smoothies.
