Smoothie Feast Day 11

What I “ate”today:

2 cups Apple Ginger Smoothie

2 cups Kale Orange Ginger Smoothie

2 cups Strawberry Avocado Smoothie

2 cups Beet and Berries Smoothie

.25 cup Aloe Lemonade

.25 cup Strawberry Lemonade

Other things I ingested:


3 tsp probiotic



My Experience:

Craved junk food, things I don’t normally eat. No measurable change in belly, so I am discouraged and tying to figure out what to do next since I will be ending the feast in three days.


I love to learn, and I consider myself to be a very fluid person so I enjoy taking what I learn and allowing it to make a difference in my life. My latest transformation has been eating healthier and working out. I never thought that I would be reaching for fruit when I crave something sweet and that I would actually look forward to going to the gym.

    I even ensure that my fruits are properly combined now.

      I was actually re-reading your post last night. I put the book on hold at the library and I’m going to focus more on veggies the last few days of my feast and my meals after. Thanks for the info.
