Sorry for the delay. I went to upload my post last night and it uploaded the incomplete draft. So here is a repost from memory of what I wrote last night.
What I “ate” today:
2 cups Basil Smoothie- this was different but not bad
2 cups Coconut Banana- super good as stated yesterday
2 cups Cucumber Blackberry- refreshingly good
4 cups Red Leaf Lettuce Green- really good, reminds me of apple pie. I used golden delicious apples and I had to split it into two batches and add some coconut water to get my low speed blender to process it.
Other things I ingested:
Looking forward to eating food tomorrow but I have enjoyed my break from eating. I feel like I got to focus on other things and slowed down in a way by doing yoga instead of my intense workouts. I wished I had did yoga everyday but I want to make sure to include it in my fitness routine from now on. I never would have thought I could go fourteen days just drinking smoothies, nor did I think I would have wanted to. I’m also surprised that I was able to blog about it everyday, I had some late nights but I think getting my emotions down each day instead of a recap at the end was great. It’s late so I need to get some sleep so tomorrow I will share what my results were and what I plan to do next.
