I feel fancy having made this dish, normally the only time I had stuffed mushrooms was when I went out to eat. This was my cooked meal for today, I’m not eating 100% raw so this still fits in with my experiment. The recipe is from Clean Green Simple. The changes I made were: using crimini mushrooms, almonds instead of walnuts, drizzled mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil instead of balsamic and included the mushroom stems in the mixture.
It wasn’t bad, could have used more flavor which was probably due to the substitutions I made.
Do you cook anything that you used to only eat at a restaurant?
