I have been eating a low fat raw vegan diet for two months now and I absolutely love it. I’ve been making strides in my health for the past two years and have progressively seen positive results but going low fat raw vegan has superseded my expectations. I was inspired to follow the diet plan by Megan Elizabeth and Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram, who I discovered on YouTube. Although I consider myself to have been following the diet for two months I recently started reading the book the plan is based on called The 80/10/10 Diet, so now I can implement it even more by following the lifestyle, which includes other healthy living choices beyond diet. Here is a video on the major changes that have taken place in my life after only a month.
