It took a lot of small steps to get me to the point where I enjoy eating low fat raw vegan. I could not have went overnight from eating meat with little to no fruits and vegetables to a lifestyle choice of mostly eating fruits and vegetables. With time I learned how to prepare foods and my taste buds adjusted to experiencing new foods. Also by slowly introducing different foods I didn’t totally shock my body so I detoxed slower and I didn’t crave the old foods as much because I had replaced them with something else.
